Poor. Staff unfriendly, unhelpful. Packer put grocefies in bags then in trolley while i waited for slip. Went to car- no one followed. When home rdalised they kept my bread not gonna go extra 15k. To atgue!! Pathetic..

They receiving is very bad.. had to wait 4hrs just to get 4x boxes delivered..I do not understand why they have 3 receiving bats yet they only use 1 out of the three.Shoprite needs to do something about their receiving procedures. If they have express tills. Y not have express delivery bays or system in place .

On R510, right in the middle of Limpopo and Northwest Provinces rich by mining platinum, steel, iron and ore. Shoprite Northam economically is doing good because their customers are traveling through Northam from villages to mines and back home. They are shopping everything from Northam Shoprite. Covid 19 protocols followed carefully. Clean place all the time. Excellent management and helpful workers.
