Good experience here. Came here to browse for a potential car upgrade. You sanitize at the gate and temperature is checked. As soon as i walked onto the used car lot i had a sales consultant ask me if i needed help. Same thing happened on the new cars lot. All the assistance i received was great and helpful. All my questions and concerns were dealt with. Definitely coming back here again.

Beautiful car dealership I've ever seen, friendly staff and always ready to assist you whenever you walk in.

Service is slow. It seems the dealership uses only one car for shuttle which causes a huge inconvenience for customers still going to work.

Poor service they don't value customers won't recommend anyone

I loved the welcome l received from everyone there, they are friendly & love their job. Thou l went asking for help on my 1996 Hyundai Sonata model. My car is still looks good but it has a problem with electric. So was hopping to get help on how they can help me on fixing it but unfortunately they say the parts are no longer available. So the best they can help is to do the special order & its gonna cost me so lm still thinking about it.

very bad service received from the dealership, no follow-ups, you send message or call and you don't even get calls returned in time. i regret making business with them and i will never recommend any of my friends or family to them. Their new sales team service is very poor

Absolute liars they sell you a car they don't have and when you want take delivery they try and push another vehicle, Xolani the sales person is just a liar. So disspaointed to receive treatment like this from Hyundai

I took my car to Germiston Hyundai and what a disappointment once again. Wiper blades not replaced as requested, brake light also not replaced, and had to take it back to be done. A sealed aircon filter was in my boot, never replaced? Was quoted a price for a bearing that needs replacement and was told, labor won't be charged as compensation for the inconvenience. Guess what, I phoned other Hyundai Service Garages and price did in fact include labor. They are liars and don't deliver what they promise. In January 2022 my brake pads had to be replaced, after 4 hours I was phoned to tell me the driver is out and they don't know when he will be back and fetch stock? They will NEVER see me again and my next car won't be a Hyundai. Don't get your hopes up, service does not exist.
