Lewis stores owes me R6600 00. They acknowledge it and have all the paperwork. The problem is they don't know how to do the transaction. This has been happening since 1st July!!!!! I have emailed twice and just get an automated reply asking me to email them! Or a telephone number which when I phone says it doesn't exist!The manager in Sabie is so busy filling her face with food at her desk and looks completely blank.If I don't get my refund I am going to open a civil case with costs.

What a bad store! I enquired about the problem I have because I wanted to get clarity from the branch manager, instead of helping me he blocked me on WhatsApp. I'm not recommending this store to anyone!

Lewis always fails us as customers to think of we paying so much money for always telling dem dat some of their products are writes off..recently purchased a washing machine at lewis Kruger'sdorp I m still struggling for it to be replaced if I knew lewis was like dat wouldn't have bothered..its really so sad to struggle like dat
