I ordered sushi from Jade Tavern and immediately felt ill a few hours later when I got home. My colleagues and I will not be ordering from this restaurant ever again as they are insensitive to the food poisoning matter. I will not recommend ordering from this restaurant considering all the bad reviews as well.

Really good food, large portions, tastes great. Not sure why some rate this place so poorly. I ordered with Uber Eats. Food came hot and steaming, which is a rarity with deliveries. Really appreciate the careful packaging. Some dishes were packaged in a plastic bag to prevent leakage. I’m Chinese and I can say the food tasted great. Will definitely order again. Thank you!

Tried to place order for delivery, not available.Called for delivery and told no delivery.Placed order for collection, told 25min, waited 45min.Raw, broken cold dumplings. Stale BBq pork buns.Never again... Worst we have ever had in CT.

I recently ordered from Jade Tavern Mowbray and I have to say, it was an amazing experience! The Chinese food and sushi were both absolutely delicious, and I was blown away by the quality of the dishes. Everything was freshly prepared and had a perfect balance of flavors.The sushi was particularly impressive - it was beautifully presented and tasted fantastic. The staff were also very friendly and attentive when I picked up my order, ensuring everything was in order and ready for me to take home.Overall, I would highly recommend Jade Tavern to anyone looking for a great Chinese food and sushi takeaway. The quality of the food, the friendly staff, and the ease of ordering all combine to make for an excellent takeaway experience. Five stars!

As someone who has been supporting Jade Tavern for years, the quality of food, as of late has been very poor. We recently ordered a variety of food off of the menu (spring rolls, edamame, dumplings, oyster main and crispy pork) and every single dish was flavourless and disappointing. For the high price tag, I expect way higher quality but this was just a complete waste of money. We won't be supporting this restaurant going further which is such a shame.

I will never order from Jade Tavern again! They left out part of my order, promised to deliver it after I called, but that never happened. I had to drive personally to collect & they were just full of excuses. Worst service ever!!!
