To be honest didn't go to the store as I tried booking an appointment but the level of helpfulness and willingness to talk to me, help me and make an appointment I decided I'd rather go someplace else. If that is the level of willingness to talk and book an appointment then I don't want them near my lashes

I always receive the absolute best service from Beautiful Escape. Their salon is exceptionally clean, with state of the art equipment and very reasonable prices. My nails always come out looking fabulous and I receive plenty of compliments afterwards.

I had to wait for an hour for what was meant to be a 30-40 min massage only for it to be 20min. When I got there I was told the lady will be late by 15minutes. She wasn’t really apologetic about the whole situation, I don’t know maybe it’s because I’m black

They give great customer service, the ladies are friendly, the salon is neat and beautifully decorated. Their services are reasonably priced and of course I love the way Cayline does my nails! I can definitely recommend Beautiful Escape.
