We have 2 beautiful light and airy studios running concurrent schedules to bring you a wide variety of classes. You can find us in the buzzing new community of the Foundation situated at the heart of Knysna on South Africa’s Garden Route.

Best yoga class I have ever been to! We are from Cape Town, and asked to drop in, and they were so accomadating, we also had to leave early. Sometimes yoga classes are intimidating but Jane was so warm and inviting. We did the Iyengar class. Her patience with everyone in the class was so encouraging constantly making sure you are doing it correctly. Thank you so much!!! Pity you arent in CT!

Stopped by here for a barre class on our trip and cannot recommend it enough. Great studio, great instructor (Tristan). Definitely would come back anytime I am in the area.
