Ordered on the 12th of December at 18:00 over the phone and placed an order for collection , I was told that it would take 35 minutes. At 7 o clock it was still not ready. It was not even that busy , seemed like they forgot about the order , perhaps to busy speaking amongst each other to be working . Poor on this occasion

Ordered 2 pizzas last week saterday waited about an hour for the pizzas and mind you the shop was empty as we left after collection got home just to find that our cheese was burned on both pizzas disgusted at the poor service we received. I'll definitely not buy there again money wasted.

I ordered a chicken and mayo pizza. Lets just say it was more of a tamato paste pizza. There was almost no mayo and 5 pieces of chicken. I am really upset and dissapointed.

Greats staff and service. The Panarotti Special is the best pizza on the menu and their ingredients so nice and fresh. Highly recommend!

TERRIBLE !!! First time ordering at any Panarottis... I Ordered 2 SUBS of the price of R71 for 1 sub just to find a Hotdog bun inside -.- the thing is so small i could have get a full pizza for the prize of 1 sub this was terrible and a good waist of my money thank you for the rip off Hotdog bun i could have go to spar and buyed 6 hotdog rolls and some few cheap meat and i would have been full and for cheaper but i stayed to far to return it to panarottis Uitenhage
