I absolutely enjoyed my stay at The Maslow. Day time reception staff not as friendly. The night time staff are accomodating and kind. Stunning decor, great food and drinks and variety of entertainment. I will definitely be coming back here.

The hotel did not have hot water over our 3 day stay. Empty promises that it will be attended to. Rude and unhelpful manager who said that there's nothing that he can do and do we should take luke warm showers in winter. No attempts to assist. No apologies, nothing.

I loved every bit of my stay here. The hotel staff were so helpful and nice. The rooms were beautiful and very well kept. Their breakfast was good. All in all a great place to stay. Excellent service throughout.

Very friendly staff and a very slick operation. The morning shuttle is one of the main reasons I will be back in future - am incredibly helpful driver that takes everyone to where they need to be. Would recommend this hotel for business trips.

The suite itself was spacious and elegantly decorated, exuding a sense of sophistication and style. The king-size bed was incredibly comfortable, providing us with a restful night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. The presence of two TVs allowed us to unwind and catch up on our favorite shows from different angles, adding an extra touch of convenience to our stay. The highlight of the suite was undoubtedly the bathroom. The shower and bath were both spacious and meticulously clean, offering a luxurious bathing experience. My Family and I stayed here for 4 nights. It was great. Service from all staff was excellent. Vuma from concierge went the extra mile to assist me with a different type of camp cot that was more suitable for my son to use during our stay. Housekeeping attendant and supervisor were friendly and professional.Rooms were cleaned thoroughly everyday.Breakfast had a lovely spread to choose from and staff from the host to waiters to chefs gave excellent service to all guests.Overall great experience. We will definitely be coming back to this property in the near future. I would highly recommend.

The rooms are just average. One would expect a bit more but there was nothing to write home about.The room service takes super long to arrive and the aesthetics are not that exciting. The WiFi is not that strong and keeps cutting.The safe is perfect.The room has water stocked.No Microwave.Well subscribed television.Good lightingLovely swimming area.

The rooms were acceptable but you could tell they need some maintenance. If you walk in the corridor you may come across one or two rooms having door lock readers needing covers or even run down deco... but it's not as bad as I make it out to be.... however, it could be better maintained.What gets this review a 5 star is the king size bed and mattress was exactly what you needed after a hard day's work and the room was pitch black providing for a restful night. I also had the privileges of staying on the 8th floor and I was abstracted from all the nose below.Moreover, the location is great with a couple of restaurants around you in a safe location. If you are into gambling, you will feel right at home with a couple of floors having slot machines. There is a pool overlooking the outside vicinity, the street and office space across and I'm sure a lot of other amenities that I did not have the time to explore. The staff are also very welcoming and astute. One held the lift for me as he was exiting the elevator and the receptionist noted that I was running late and quickly checked me out in under a minute. These small details are very much appreciated.
