Vaalside Auto Body

Vaalside auto body is a nightmare!!!! my insurance took my car there for repairs and they are full of empty promises, unreliable and unprofessional. They have been saying that they will bring my car for two weeks now, they have had it for over a month and to this day they have not, I had to cancel my Christmas vacation because I did not have my car with me yet as I was going to drive to Cape town. My insurance pushed for them to lend me a car and I was happy when they brought it, however the car is not comfortable to drive in, its an OLD model and good enough to only take you to a convenient store or to drive around locally, definitely not for long distance trips. I would not advice anyone to use them. my Christmas plans are ruined thanks to them!!

Not very helpful. They also charge 450.00 rand to do a quote to repair your car.

They were very accommodating and thorough with their customer service. The work they did on our vehicle was of excellent quality and they really went the extra mile.

If your car gets damaged please don't even think to take it to Vaalside Auto Body, because you will get it back even worse than it was before.This place has the worst service ever. They end up costing you headaches, frustration, disappointment and money. It's one thing after another.My car went in for repairs after I hit a pothole.They drove my car more than 1500km without my permission and then they deny it. Spray paint work is unprofessional done. They made promises- but don't keep their promises.They fix one thing and break something else.It's been now more than a year and my car has been up and down between me and Vaalside Auto Body. My car is even worse than it was when they received it to repair.Now I leave it between them and my insurance to fix this problems. The next step will involve the law. Luckily I have enough evidence to support my case.Please people take my advise and stay away from Vaalside Auto Body.

I would like to say a BIG THANK YOU to Vaal Side Auto Body for doing the great JOB on my car I'm so happy with the repairs they've done on my CAR its worth the waiting, because now I'm a happy customer my car is driving smooth and they even went an extra mile to clean my engine and to fix even something that was not even broken from the accident. they did a great JOB, and i know next time that waiting longer its help coz i got my car in a good condition clean and washed.

They will steal parts in your car. Do not trust what they say. All tools are gone, they stole even a jack like come on guys. How should I survive in the road? I was lucky enough to see that beforehand.

The worst! Their work is good yes but they are very dishonest, they lie even when it's unnecessary. They polished my car from 12 in the afternoon saying it'll only take 10 minutes, I got there at 5p.m. No car, they ignored me and then lied to me again. I only got the car at 7 P.M. Stay far!!!

The worse service ever, had my car since may to November that's six months of back n forth trying to fix it, they lie all the time worse their bose Sedes he always makes empty promises and very rude and disrespectful.The 1 star am giving is for their new manager Shaun, he has been keeping his word and been communicating with respect,.
