The Titan Apartments

I have been staying at Titan apartments for 2 years and my experience has been good so far. Management and security staff are friendly and helpful. The place is clean and the units are fumigated regularly.

I love the place, the management, the security. The place has order and always clean.Only concern, is the pricing. Definitely can be reworked. Other than that, I recommend staying here.

Went to visit my brother and, I must say, the place is impressive. It's clean, quiet and well-managed. Their business centre really came in handy 'cause I had a meeting during loadshedding, there was power and free wifi in the centre

My Experience with the management and security guards was so bad I want to give it a negative rating, but that's not possible so I gave it a one.I've lived here for about 12 months. and this has been my experience:- The free high speed wifi" is slow. It constantly has issues.- The management here is rude and not helpful. I've had a leak on the roof since early November and it's still there. I reported it and they said it will be fixed.- The security guards are also not the most useful and a bit pervy tbh.- The Bio-metric access control system is constantly faulty

Absolutely enjoying my stay here. Great security, management & admin. Any maintenance issues get resolved within 24 hours. Cannot complain at all

I have stayed there for 13 months (Jan 2021 till Feb 2022) and as nice as it may seem:-The management is very rude and unhelpful.-There is a lot of preferential treatment.-The wifi is very bad.-The wall ceilings were leaking a lot after rains.-I had signed a lease for R5800 and chose debit order payment method. The management charged me R5990 for 5 months and when I asked them to correct, they refused (and switched off my electricity because I refused to continue to pay the overcharged rent) and only corrected the rent amount after I have escalated to the landlord.-Because of this, they started having problems with me and accused me of breaking house rules and charging me for that. When I asked them to explain they refused and just demanded that I pay the charges.-They switched off my wifi from September till end of Jan next year when I left.-Because I refused to pay unexplained charges for allegedly breaking house rules - they damaged my credit record really bad and I struggled a lot to get another place to stay. It’s sad how they get away with taking advantage of tenants because most of the time tenants cannot afford to do anything about it.

The management is very friendly and helpful. Anytime you need assistance they help. Only 1 request though can you link at least lights with generator to the units during load shedding.

Pros: The WiFi came in handy especially when working from home.The corridors are always cleanSecurity is tight.Cons : NOISE EVERY SINGLE DAY OF THE WEEK, this was the longest 12 months of my life for someone who really loves their sleep.Forget about getting your deposit back. I got R200, I'm not sure why they bothered sending it honestly. They charged me soo many things. I didn't touch their walls and still got charged for wall damage.The signing in and code system is also tedious.There are cockroaches but they do fumigate regularly.If you have kids, I don't think this is the best place to stay.Overall, I feel the place is overpriced compared to other similar apartments offering the same extras.
