I was greeted whith a smile outside, inside the staff where as friendly and the atmosphere great. Even the examiner had time for a friendly conversation and had time for a quick smile. Overall an enjoyable experience dealing with Dekra Polokwane. Thank you for your friendly and fast service.

Testing was excellent from the team, the problem here is the Manager. She's very slow and racist. The test was done by 10h35 and now it's 11h30 still no certificate. Poor service from this white lady who happens to be the Manager at this station.

OMG. What a disaster. No face masks, no social distancing. The receptionist is so rude and slow. You'll spend the whole day here. My suggestion is get another testing station. This was horrible
