Long wait. Assistant efficient. Issue resolved. Surprisingly good experience.And then...Had to return to query another issue. Sunita could not resolve the issue. She arranged for accounts dept to call me the next day. True to form...it's a few days later and no follow-up.

The most pathetic service ever!! My phone account was suspended because of telkom's fault... Manager promised to call and clear the suspension. That was 8 hours ago - nothing happened!!! Ive heard that a lot of telkoms towers were closed the past months. Clients beware telkom is going to become worse!!How can telkom survive with this pathetic service???

Guy at the door was hitting on a customer instead of asking the clients in the que, aka me, why they where there? This was not the first time and it is so disappointing. They harder please. This is in such contrast to the service agents who are professional.

Would of loved to give 0 stars. Being billed for services that I never requested. Their argument is that the wasp service has found a way around their required dual opt in service. At times where the entire house Is sleeping. I am now in progress of looking for another service provider to curb the blatant allowance of such services to run on their systems. Watch out people. They will clean you out without a care in the world. The staff also seem to not care about the fact that you the client are being done in by their faulty systems. No solutions. Only excuses.
