Dr Serfontein & his team are THE BEST!! My journey with them has been such a good experience. Every single appointment started on time, and the whole team is extremely professional and friendly! I have dreamt of fixing my teeth for quite a few years, and finally went for a consultation with them. After my initial consultation they worked out a detailed plan for me. I was pleasantly surprised with the proposal: the whole project was much shorter and less painful than I anticipated. All appointments was scheduled in advance, so I knew exactly how much time I needed, and I was able to communicate this to my employer in advance - which helped a lot! Dr Serfontein is very passionate about his work, approachable, very good with people and very funny! I also learned a lot from Caitlin (the oral hygienist) on how to brush my teeth, what products to use, how to floss correctly, and I was able to purchase all these products (at cost price) from them. These days I look forward to flossing and brushing my teeth! And for someone who use to fear dentists and oral hygienists, I now actually look forward to my visits to them!!

In January last year I was fortunate enough to have my teeth whitened by Chantelle at the Vineyards. I’ve gotten so many compliments on my teeth and still do to this day - and its been more than a year. I still use my At Home teeth whitening kit once a week to maintain this white smile. I will forever be grateful for the team at Jjs Dentistry. I still LOVE my smile!I highly recommend to EVERYONE! Its a Spa for your teeth while watching Netflix - what more do you want!?

JJS Dentistry (01/23) found to be the very best experience ever when needing to visit 'The Dentists Chair'. So professional in every department, from its fabulous setting near the Cape Town Waterfront, impressive new building exceptional reception staff, and the most expert confident diagnosis and remedial works by Dr Parker, using the most space age technologies compared to our NHS experience back home. This facility left us so relaxed it was such a pleasure to attend our appointments, with streamed music and youtube ceiling monitor for added personal care. We shall go the extra mile for our next visits from Plymouth UK.

I was referred very highly by a friend to go to JJS Dentistry. I made the appointment feeling somewhat weary because of past experiences with dentists.My first impression of Dr Brink was very good. Friendly and totally professional. I was also impressed with the high tech machinery used for photographing and 3D X-rays.It turned out that I needed root canal treatment on a tooth that already had a crown. I was nervous, to say the least, of what was to happen.The root canal treatment was way beyond my expectations. Dr Brink did a masterful job with only the slightest post-procedure sensitivity.The procedure for the new crown has been a breeze.The dental hygienist was as friendly and professional and did a great job as do all the staff.I am totally sold on JJS Dentistry and would highly recommend this practice.For the entire package the cost is well worth it. At this point of my life, my view of dentistry has gone from zero to hero.

i am a 62- year -old lady. My biggest fear in life is not wrinkles it is valse teeth, some of my teeth reached pretty much the end of their life.JJS DENTISTRY saved me from all my fears and gave me self-confidence to smile without thinking twice. What a lovely bunch of people to deal with friendly professional and much more.

Dr Serfontein and the practice staff has been amazing since the first day I walked in. He takes his time to explain everything and makes sure you are comfortable. I have always been petrified of dentists until I met JJ. There’s no other practice for me. Thank you! My teeth are straight!!!!!

Initially went cause I wanted from teeth dentures.Was informed that I'd need cleaning, fillers, wisdom teeth extraction and whitening as well. I did all of it because I finally decided to spend money on my teeth.The staff were friendly enough and the offices were clean but I am not 100% satisfied with my dentures or whitening.I was informed the dentures look the way they do with the spaces on each side and one tooth being smaller than the other 3 because of my mouth and look of my natural teeth.The teeth whitening didn't turn out how I was hoping and it felt like a waste of 7K. My natural teeth are still discolored. It looks a bit smoother and cleaner but not really white.

I’ve been with JJ density’s since 2021 and everytime they seem to amaze me . The whole team at JJ is so loving and inviting. From Steff and Jacci through to Caitlyn the Oral hygienist and JJ himself and the rest of the staff. I walk in their with the biggest warmest welcome and leave their with an amazing smile and even better feeling. The comfort they provide with each treatment they give is world class aswell as the top class products and technology they use. My Teeth has never been in better condition than it is now .
