Vehicle was sent in on Friday 18.06.2021 to establish what was needed for our vehicle. A booking was made for Wednesday 23.06.2021 for the fitment of the glass. Do when the driver gets there he is told to remove the load body which is fixed do that the window could be replaced. This cannot be done as it I'd s fixed body, and surely if PG Glass Newcastle could not do this job they should not have quoted for same.

Front line staff are awesome and that’s were it ends! My car trim was damaged and the owner of the business (Gerhaad, refuses to speak to me!) make sure you take screenshots of the inspection report it comes in handy!

Sakhile helped me glue two small covers on the side of my car and fastened it with tape. He did it in his lunch time and worked around my schedule. He was friendly and helpful and so were the admin staff. They did not charge me a cent. Thank you PG Glass Newcastle!

They're too expensive. I called Head Office, they gave me a reasonable quote but when I arrived at the branch the price was more than double what HO had given me.

Service has not been great. Called a number times for a quotation and have only received empty promises. Better to take your money to where you as a consumer would be appreciated
