Hutton Plumbing was appointed by my insurance company. Exactly a month later the geyzer pushed out boiling hot water from the overflow. As a precaution I switched it off and I sent them a video clip. They came, checked, said theyll be back, left. Quiet. Nxt day when i queried they said i must contact the guarantor myself and sort it out myself !!!!.Hows that for SERVICE !!!

Insurance fire claim. The plumber came out to site took a cursory look at the geyser and said that it burst before the fire. No contact with us, so that we could explain that it took standard bank insurance exactly 3 full months before the claim was finalized. The plumber got in his truck and drove off without the courtesy of letting us know. Shocking client service.

Instal new geyser (highteck 200l) had a problem with leaking geyser, shift blame to supplier of geyser. Just want to pocket money on call out fees and overcharging insurrance companys.

Rude. Poor service delivery. Did not complete the job and cost me money. Then the owner starts smsing me repeatedly claiming its not his fault trying to sound like a good guy when he really isn't. Avoid.
