My wife put in petrol for R 400 at the pump after leaving her range in the car still read as 90km range she went back to the petrol station only to be told the manager was not available and the petrol attendant Khoketso told her it is not his problem safe to say they have lost me as a loyal customer forever.

This service station does not drop the diesel price by the prescribed amount. At one stage they were within a few cents difference of Sasol Dastek, now they're way overpriced.The service is also terrible, sit and wait too long to be helped.

Firstly, I am having a difficult time getting through to your line. Your petrol attendant poured an incorrect amount of petrol in my brother's car and you failed to assist him accordingly. I will take this matter further as it was my card that was used. I am disgusted with how you have treated him and how you have handled this entire matter. What an atrocious service.

I have now had enough bad service from this filling station. Every time I get there I say never again" and this morning was the last. For some reason there is never enough staff

Love this please. Staff is always so Friendly. Compared to the terrible service at BP I drive the 1min extra and fill up at sasol. Also love their rewards program. Saving my points for that 1 free tank Diesel.The shop is basic with a bakery and some slush puppy machines for those warm days.

The telephone number for SASOL WATERKLOOF RIDGE supplied on Google is in actual fact the contact number for a SASOL located in ZAMBEZI, kilometers away on the otherside of Tshwane.. NO SURPRISE HERE AND IT SAYS IT ALL INCLUDING CUSTOMER SERVICE....

We were so excited whem a Sasol opened near us, but we are greatly disappointed. The pump attendants are no where to be seen. Don't go there if you want speedy service. Not even the rewards program can make up for this poor service.

There are only 3 pump attendants, but we were eight customers. Everyone wanted air and clean windows together with fuel. I had to wait more than 10 min before I was served. I asked the non-committed manager why they do not employ more staff, but she was not very keen to engage with me. One pump attendant told me that 2 employees' contracts were terminated recently and that they struggle to keep up. I feel very sorry for them, but I will not go back there. Dastek is not far away and also sells diesel at a good price, and they serve you quick and efficiently. Sasol is throwing away there good name at this filling station.

RUDE staff in the shop. SLOW service and seriously overpriced.Will NEVER go there again!!Manager NOT helpful either.Yukkie place.
