I had a problem when I went in to the store. Complained to owner on the Monday. In response he not only apologised, he came to my house with swatches and measuring tape. 9 years later I am still extremely happy with my bespoke lounge suite! This is what you want in service. Someone who takes clients seriously, and responds with the best of themselves to a problem.

Top quality products. Sid and his team have a lot of experience and always a solution. All very personal, customer oriented and helpful. Into business for a very long time in Cape Town, de Waterkant. We'll be back for the next Lounge.

NEVER use this place!Promised to have lounge set back by the certain date, delivery keeps being pushed to next day.Finally when he wants to deliver now i'm infomred that he only did half the job and he now wants more money to complete the job.Onwer has no manners over the phone!Defnitely have to work on his customer service.

DON'T TRUST THE OWNER! The sofa we got was way too big to fit into our living room through the door. However, when purchased we were not asked a single question regarding the place, so we assumed they were equipped to deliver into all sorts of spaces. However, it turned out that the delivery company (which the owner of the shop PROMISED US TO BE INCLUDED IN THE PURCHASED PRICE) could not fit the sofa through the door so they had to come back the next day to lift it through the balcony. They then left the sofa, vertically, in the middle of our kitchen for a day! Not only this caused major distress to us and our neighbour downstairs, but also, the owner did not paid delivery as promised as he claimed that IT WAS NOT HIS FAULT" if the sofa didn't fit the first time around. It's a shame because the sofa is in a good state and very comfortable but the absolutely selfish behaviour of the owner made the whole experience just terrible. DO NOT use this place for upholstery!1- Uncompetitive, exorbitant pricing!2- Fabric selected and deposit paid for was found not to be available in stock, despite a call to the supplier. Terribly poor communication skills continued from then till end of my dealings with this place!3- The order was not understood correctly, and random pieces of covers were delivered.4- Delivery was scheduled from 11-15 Oct, and received at the end of the month (double the time I was promised).5- Delivery men assembled the sofa incorrectly and damaged the screws so that it cannot be unassembled and reassembled properly.6- Ottoman base was returned (27 days later) without any work done on it.7- Worst of all, an incredibly rude phone call of (27 days after collection of the items) that it was my fault for not communicating that the ottoman needed to be cushioned and covered, with threats of holding the furniture hostage and refusing delivery until full payment was made.I agree with the other reviewer who stated: Owner has no manners over the phone! Definitely have to work on his customer service." Additionally
