Good day Pep Store team.Thank you for the good service you are giving us, keep it up.I only have one concern though, I purchased a phone last month and with in two weeks it started to give me a problem with the settings.I went to check and i was told the phone is not back yet which i dont have a problem with the shop. I have a friend whom we bought the phones almost same time and they have the similar problems. So my question now is am i going to get a replacement if my phone does the same thing if it comes back.SA Khumalo

Went and collected a paxi, power went off but then they refused to give me my parcell although there was a generator. Waited 35 min for somone to print a form so that i could get my paxi

Great store. Great customer service. The ladies are professional there. Good clothing at a less price. Good school uniform and more. Love it.

Staff is friendly but the fact that only till has a cashier is making it a bit of a mess. Waited 40min before I could get to the till.

Some of the ladies there do not know customer service especially the lady who handles the key to the fitting rooms. I had to go and ask her to open up she kept me waiting for a very long time. I nearly left the shop without purchasing anything cause I was fed up

Very poor service. Have to stand in a que 30 people deep, between shoppers. Only to collect a parcel.parcel. I think its terrible service.
