I'm so upset with certain people working for Ackermans. I paid my account in full and closed the account. I told the cashier I'm closing the account and even cut my card in front of her, but she never told me I'm supposed to phone customer service to close the account. Now they harassing me with messages and phone calls telling me I owe them and they can't close the account unless I pay the outstanding amount. I didn't purchase anything, nor do I have a card. I guess this is the service you get lately if you employ people who don't know how to do their work properly. Thanx to the few for your excellent service, much appreciated.

2 Years ago I found a phone on Ackermans online, but the Ackermans branches in Pretoria did not yet have the newly released phone in stock. Solly, of the Hatfield Branch assisted me and the specific phone I wanted, was sent to the branch with no hassle. I paid using my Ackermans A+ card with no issues.Yesterday I again found some items on the Ackermans Connect online store, but I couldn't find the option to pay using my Ackermans A+ Card for online purchases, even though I have built up more than enough credit over the past few years.Then I visited the Brooklyn branch, but they did not have the items I wanted in stock. The lady there said that I should rather order them online seeing that the online store shows them as available. I told her that I wanted to pay using my Ackermans card. She then said that I can not do that. I then asked her if she can have it sent to the branch or at least show me what branches do have those specific items. Believe it or not, but she then told me that they can no longer do that.What makes it even worse, is that another guy at Brooklyn branch phoned their head office and the lady on the phone told me; Just go arount to different Ackermans branches

Today I went for the second time to Ackermans Vangate Mall to get a supplementary card on my sons account. After waiting for 10minutes only to be told they dont have the form and have to call headquarters to forward the form. Please. Nathi Koli have you heard of emailing and press button why are you making this so difficult and making all. kinds of lame excuses. I wasted petrol and time going out there today. Shocking services.

I recently visited the Cape Gate store. I'm in awe of the customer service I received from Bernie. She had to phone around for my garment and did it with so much passion. She is definitely an asset to the company. Give the girl a raise she deserves it.

I've been trying to get assistance of a payment a made via eft at the start of lockdown and until now nothing has been done I've phoned more then r200 out just to hear the same thing (send proof of payments)which I did countless of times but no respond from them their service is really bad

I bought phone 24 July 2021. Beginning of November 2021 it was no longer useful. December 2022 i went back to ACkermans mall of the north where I bought. The battery of the phone is raising or expanding it might explode. I was told at your store that they don't assist in terms of faulty batteries and they are not selling batteries separately and I can't get it anyway. The said this phone is ackermans phone since they started selling it already I am the 4th customer to complain about the same issue. To my suprise the very same phones are still on your shelves you see still selling to the clients why? I am writing this because the guy at your stores said I am return back home with the phone he will try to communicate with ackermans but with no.luck he didn't get response to today I just phoned him now. please attend to my query I can't buy phone worth of R1099 and only to use it for less than 5 months this is a scam. I want my money back or make some means to get another phone but not this one. Your phone is PREMIO. R1099 is too much to.lose to the biggest company like you not even to lose it to a friend or whoever. I am disappointed with your product.
