I will never order food from this Nandos again. Staff is non chalant, Your chips were bland, no salt, no spice. No leka marinade on your chicken like the other nandos branches gives, just oil, even though I asked for extra sauce. Very dissapointed

If you would like to wait for 2 hours only to receive the wrong order I'd definitely recommend this Nandos.

If anything has convinced me to dump Nandos and only do Pedro's it was my experience this morning. Went to try their new Soup Galinha Picada and roll. It's advertised in a small bowl, however got a medium coffee cup filled ¾ of the way. It's the reason why Pedro's are taking all your customers because you were expensive but worth it however your shrinkflation have gotten out of hand.

Visited as a family of 6+ and service was amazing.Just that we paid for things we didnt get.But then remembered when we got home and left it.

Unfortunately, only this branch can deliver in my area and I have had 3 bad delivery experiences with them. 15 mins after my delivery was due, having order more than 80 mins ago, I get called to be told my order will be canceled because their delivery driver's motorbike broke down and that they are closing. Unbelievable!!

I'm very unhappy with the vangate branch delivery service. They never delivered my cool drink which was charged for. The driver had a attitude and then had nonchalant attitude to say they must make a plan to bring the cool drink because it's not his problem. I use to buy almost every second week by them but they really don't care.
