A Rocky Horror show. E-mails do'nt get delivered and nobody ever seems to be in their offices as phones just keep on ringing. Not even the main switchboard seems to be functioning. How do people justify their salaries if they cannot serve the public as they are supposed to do?

I was totally surprised that their office was totally empty so was assisted immediatelyI was fortunate enough to be helped by a nice lady called Footsie - if only all government departments had charming and knowledgeable person like thisAnyway all my requirements were attended to immediatelyThe only worm in the apple barrel is that nothing could be uploaded as that particular computer department had been closed for several days and they were not sure when it would be returned to normalThis meant double work - a manual change and when system was fixed reloading information

Absolutely incompetent people are working at the illembe office they have their kids there playing with the laptops and the lady asked me why I'm wearing a mask because she can't hear me where as the staff there are screaming and talking to each other and as for their plumbers they don't know what they doing that they cut our wifi cables and have not reported it to the offices always do their work half way maybe it's about time they employ qualified plumbers and not relatives who are plumbers then maybe things won't be the way it is

Tried calling for several hours and nobody picks up the phone. Then drove to their office to find a security officer sitting there. He helped us and we was told that someone is in the area and they will come over to sort the issue out. 5 hours later still nobody has come out to fix the issue. Tried calling then again ... nobody picks up. Ilembe municipality manager please follow up on your staff.
