I bought stuff from at the KC branch an had to cancelled one item on the 13/09/21 and is still waiting for my refund after 15 days. How more pathetic can one get in a country that everyone is stealing and looting etc. Who do I even report this to and get a response. The person at Tile Africa Head office blames the Kenilworth Store and Store blames Head office, typical con tactics. I cant believe they part of a UK group. Your staff don't deserve a STAR!!!

Pathetic service, quick to take my money and do a sale, but waiting two days for delivery. Called the kc store and the rude sales assistant tells me she is the only working today there is nothing she can do, did not even offer to help !!!
