I brought their first project in Australia , Harris garden 2 years ago, since then my nightmare begins, the building has been identified existed major safety hazards, and will cost millions dollars to fix, many owners of the building have lost rental income, and I have put the property in the market and due to these defects,the buyer has withdrawn the contract. So please take my recommendation , never ever purchase any property from this developer, it will destroy your life.
