I Love the diversity of Dischem, you can find specialized foods, meal replacements, cosmetics, haircare, skincare as well as medical supplies. There's a lovely,friendly atmosphere and the staff are professional and knowledgeable always ready to assist. It's also helpful that there is an on-site nurse as well as a well stocked medicine dispensary in store. I have never walked out of there leaving without what I went for.

Thank you for your wonderful service and candor.Always greeted with smiles and the staff is always ready to help.I didn't check my change one of the times I came to purchase something, they gave me a call 5 days later saying that they gave me less money. They actually went through the whole day's footage, just to find me, to return my money.

I love Dis-Chem the fact that I have one down the road just from my home was always a blessing, until I found myself exchanging words with a very rude security by the name Takalani Kondula who literally insulted me every time I walked past his station, he knew I was recording him so every time I turned he kept quiet and when I'd walk away make remarks such as You will behave like that at your house with your husband" firstly

Thank you Dis-chem Valley Hyper for your great customer service, always going the extra mile to make sure you customers are taken care of!I have had many good experiences at this specific Dis-chem, and most recently I had a baby bin that I purchased which was the wrong colour, and Dis-chem happily changed it for me with no extra cost even though the price had increased since I first purchased the item. Will always shop here!

Been to the store a handful of times but on more then 3 occasions the security, secret shoppers and workers have stalked me around the store, gave me dirty looks and have harassed me saying that i am not allowed back into the store without my “mother”. i am a woman who has bright pink hair and i have not done anything wrong but i keep on getting harassed on how i should not be allowed back into the store alone and that i need an “adult” to accompany me. i do not recommend this place.

Satisfactory service I got there today, very clean and products well packed, is just that the cashier wasn't on good mood because when she anticipated me to pop out cash, I told her that I'm gonna redeem my dischem coupon ultimate worsen her moods, I kept quiet, to avoid exchange of words.

Dis-Chem Pharmacy Valley Hyper is the best of the best ever, the staff are so friendly and helpful at all times. I needed help at the supplements for something to make my hair grow faster and someone was able to help me immediately with the best advice there is, I also needed assistance with a face product that would be suitable for my skin type and yet again someone could help. The dispensary is on the ball. They also have a large selection of cosmetics, toiletries and every other product stocked by chemists. Great place to shop.
