With the all the good intentions that Distell has to empower bottle collectors for their reusable bottles, it is unfortunate that the people they employ to execute those critical tasks, render their intentions futile and useless. A gentleman by the name of Teboho, employed at Duncanville Express is a typical example who makes the entire experience of trading with reusable bottles one traumatic one. Ranging from no answering of a simple telephone call so you can reserve crates is a big ask. We end up resorting to making appointments with the person at the reception. Still the first question Teboho will ask you without even greeting you will be who told you to bring your bottles, despite numerous unanswered telephone calls. It is one of the most painful episodes of our enterprise whenever you think of going to sell bottles at Distell. I would not recommend anyone to make any business deals with Duncanville Distell.
