Very bad service. Ordered our drinks, waited for half an hour. Nobody came back to us. On enquiring the waiter, Chris, just disappeared. Not ordering our drinks. Eventually they brought our drinks. Everybody who came after us received their food already. Very bad place to stop. Furniture torn and dirty.

The waitress was very polite and friendly. The food totally not good at all!!!! This was the special they had today, does this look the same as in the picture??? In SA you do not send back food at all!!!!!

The waiter did his best. He has quite alot of tables to serve but did a great job! Although we bought a Bar-One milkshake for R49.00 and it did NOT tast like Bar-One I’m very disappointed I know how Wimpy’s milkshakes taste like and this was a rip off. The Burger was stacked like never before. My chips was really ICE cold. We did raise the Bar-One and Chips issue and waiter tried to sort out but the other staff wasn’t helpful. When we got there this lady in grey shirt wasn’t inviting didn’t want to serve us and we even asked het questions but she ignored. I think with a decent manager this issues could be solved! The manager of yesterday wasn’t on top of all. Hope this helps you guys to become even better!
