Took double the lead time for furniture to arrive. Almost 6 weeks instead of 3. Had to call in constantly for updates. Being promised that the delivery would come the next day, but didn't, with no apology. (This happened multiple times). Lost a half day leave from work to sit and wait for nobody. Only started getting responses when asking for a refund. A sizable delivery fee as well, and had to ofload the furniture myself with the driver?Would not do business with again.
