Wendy and Janine have a very nice little setup, but they are not equipped to deal with complicated family dynamics. They were not able to put my little ones needs above their own bias. They need staff that are trained to deal with anxious babies and separation anxiety and be more patient with what the little ones are dealing with emotionally.

My daughter went to Baby Steps from 3 months old and I would recommend their services to any parent. Wendy and Janine have really fine an amazing job at creating the perfect little home away from him for the little ones!!! Five stars from me.

I highly recommend Baby Steps Creche. These women have gone above and beyond to make sure that my nephew is well taken care of. He had health issues, but they handled everything like rock stars. The best decision you will ever make.

Baby Steps is a wonderful environment for the little ones. I knew from the moment I walked in there and met Wendy and Janine that my little girl would be happy there - and she was. It is honestly the best school I've come across for little ones and I only wish I'd known about it for my son. It is so hard to find a school where you know that your child is looked after the same way you would look after them at home - and this is what it was like at Baby Steps. Not only is it spotlessly clean, welcoming and fun; but the owners who are there all the time look after your kids as if they were their own. There is also a balanced diet for your kiddos, so if they get fussy at supper you know they've had a good meal during the day. My little girl was so happy there and we are very sad to say goodbye!Baby Steps is highly recommended!

Wendy and Janine have given our family the best Daycare experience we could've asked for! As a first time mom, the thought of leaving my 3month old baby with reflux issues at Daycare was terrifying, but they were so attentive and had a lovely open door policy that gave me so much reassurance! Our little boy is turning 3 in a few months and we're honestly so grateful to the Baby Steps Family for creating such a lovely environment for our little ones.Love Always, a grateful mommy :)

Wendy and Janine has taken in our son when we urgently needed a daycare and we couldn’t have asked for a more caring environment and people. They always took amazing care of our little one, planned special activities and did more than they have had to on a daily basis. Thank you Baby steps for the time our son could grow, play and develop in such a nurturing environment.

Baby Steps is the best school ever! My daughter attended from 10 months old and she enjoyed every moment. She received lots of love the moment we walked in there. Wendy and Janine is awesome with the kids and they really go out of their way to keep them happy and entertained. I will definitely recommend Baby Steps to any parent who wants peace of mind when they are at work.
