I am so angry at the staff at Shell by Eagle Canyon. I will be posting this all over social media tomorrow morning if I don't get a call from the owner.The short story is I just experience Racism not acceptable. Got to the door and asked can I get and mask and and pay when buying all the stuff I would have liked to buy. End up leaving because was ready to hit your guys. Just a note can only get a mask for R10 cash, sound like guys are not putting it though the till.This is urgent actually went down the road to the other shell and spent my R250 there.

I'm am utterly disgusted by the service of your petrol attendant PELO or who ever see is. It's my second time I use your services. The initial approach was a few months ago where she failed to ask if I have V+ , yet again today however I paid with cash and told her I want to ship my V+ she returns saying they don't have cards. I told her I have mine, she fails to apologize and back chats like she owns the plan. Sies

I have never been so disgusted by the horrifying service received at shell blueberry street today!After being loyal for over 7 years using this place every day,my husband asked the attendant to fill R100 petrol the attendant proceeds to put R50 my husband tapped the card like technology allows.After my husband telling him the he asked for R100 not R50 the guy refuses to tap our card again having the nerve to shout at us infront of other customers stating the card is stolen because we opted to tap our card!I got out the car and asked what the issue was as the card belongs to me and has my details on it.The rudeness and disrespect!Accused of being a thief with my hard earned money when there are real fraudsters and thieves out there how dare you!

Worst Service ever, i recently saw a slush puppy machine so i always go there since i stay nearby, everytime i try to buy the lady is just lazy to walk over to the machine so she claims she cant operate the machine. i have seen her pour the drink so she is lying.this happened about three times

Best service attention to detail friendly staff always going the extra mile

Shocking service on more than one occasion. I filled up on the 2 Feb 2022 just before nine. There were about 12 vehicles on the forecourt with 3 staff running around like chickens without heads. There should be no ways that you keep your Shell license with the reviews of 2.6 on this platform alone. I am forced to use Shell & BP because of my Discovery Insure Rewards. GATVOL!

Treated shockingly by a member of your staff who refused to give me his name or the name of a manager. I bought an airtime voucher on the 11/11/2018 that Vodacom said had already been used" on the 4/11/2018. The vodacom consultant spoke to this man (who is lazy as anything and sarcastic) and he agreed to print me another voucher. After the call ended he simply refused to do so and I lost out on money/airtime. He threw the useless voucher at me after I began to put my foot down. DISGUSTING"
