Slow sluggish service. When asked for a repeat on a script or 60. He only disensed 30. I returned to the medecine counter. He told me yh Ernst guy that I had only asked for 30. I told him this is not true, I asked for 60. He then shouted at me that I had asked for 3.. I could not believe it. After I raised my voice the oathetic pharmacists at the bavk told me to lower my voice or else she will call security

There are only 2 pharmacists available each time I have been to Clicks and both take too long. Standing in a queue of just 2 people (me being the 3rd) for over half an hour. There's other people who walk in and out of the pharmacy without helping at all but they will stare at you like it's your fault.

Lost my prescription two months in a row and refuses to admit error on their part. Suggests I go back to the doctor to get another script, again. No care for customer's time or money. So frustrating.

2 of the items I bought scaned more expensive prices. When I asked Edna what is going on I was told that the prices change often and they have better things to do than to change prices...they are busy with other stuff. Besides my shopping I got a lot of attitude as well.

Long wait at the pharmacy. There were elderly people, sick people and just 3 people working. The number of employees you have shouldn't be the clients burden

Says the shop opens at 8 when looking on google maps. Arrived here at that time, just to find the store opens at 9.No communication from the manager to even apologize about the time. As I needed a pharmacy urgently. They were closest and apparently " first to open when searching"
