Staff and therapists are very friendly, treatments are excellent. But sadly I have been coming to Zebula for the last 10 years and the facility hasn't been upgraded and it's looking rather tired and sad.

Had a deep tissue treatment and the therapist thought it was okay to speak to me while I was trying to relax during the treatment.Also very offensive comments on my skin, weight, my race and she is Indian thinking that she is white. Very inappropriate and condescending. Very pathetic to say the least ( Tanuji, Tanusha). It got better after I decided to give her a taste of her own medicine. Pathetic sales pitch to promote exfoliating products…Also no robes in the roomNo slippers.Not as relaxing as I thought it would be. Do better!

The Spa At Zebula
The massage was good. I was unhappy about the fact that our therapists gave us a 75min treatment whereas we had ordered a 75min + 15min (90min) treatment and went on to inform the receptionist that they had treated us for 90mins. Also my therapist changed my treatment to a deep tissue treatment without my approval after I requested her to increase the pressure.Thanks to Lucy who resolved the matter for us.

I had the most relaxing day at this spa. The facilities were beautiful, I had a stunning view whilst getting my treatment and the massages were heavenly. We will definitely be back!

I had 5star treatment and my hollywood wax was done in utmost privacy and so profesional, I can recommend Zebula Spa to everyone. It didn't even hurt and was my first time. Will definately come again. Even the products I bought to take home are just fabulous!!!!
