Please see this as my own expierience or rather what i want to see, at first i got a very high thought of this place, after what i expierienced i think its just another garage who want to make his rent from 1 person. I got promised the stars and ended up with lies, i am not trying to brake anybody off, its just a matter of badmouthing 1 place to get your bussiness and than ripp you off and tell you they do'nt need your bussiness, because you acuse them fallsley. Unfortunatly i have proof of poor work.

Mervyn and his team have correctly analysed my BMW 125i DSC failure, which occurred after having my tyres replaced at another company.I was provided with valuable insight and diagnosis, which I was then able to take to the company I had purchased the tyres at for them to rectify the fault they had caused.I am so grateful to Mertech and their extremely professional and knowledgable service and expertise for assisting me with this - at no charge too!Mertech will definitely be my first call if I ever have problems with my car again and I would definitely recommend them to anyone else.Regards,Charles Hofmann
