Very average amenities considering the price of the place.1. Poorly stocked kitchen, just the bare minimum provided in terms of cutlery and crockery (no storage containers, no lighter/ matches for gas stove, no kitchen swabs, just to name a few things missing)2. On 3 occasions (in just 3 days), family members were stuck in the bed/bathrooms because of faulty door handles. Thank goodness we brought our toolbox!3. No spare toilet rolls in the bathrooms, meanwhile the apartment sleeps 8 people!4. No alternative lighting for load-shedding (the generator only works for part of the time)5. No WiFi password was provided for upstairs WiFi despite several requests6. Dynasty only had one staff member working on what was a long weekend with high occupancy.7. The no noise after 22h00" rule was not enforced and our neighbours could be heard shouting and laughing well into the wee hours."

I urge anyone to not book in this place, not an enjoyable experience, totally ruined my birthday, at checkin the security guy was so rude and they don’t care about reviews, they tell you go ahead and write a bad review, they made me pay for a safe coz it was not open, horrible experience of my life, there’s no good service, a rude uncultured guy checks you in and make you not enjoy the place from the time to walk in and he tells you he’s been working there for 11 years, book at own risk coz wow I hate every experience in that place

Disappointed.. no hot water for both nights stayed in a 4 sleeper unit where only 1person had a shower. Gate services don’t open immediately. Took almost 10min at 9:30pm. Extremely dangerous in these time.Water cut on one evening. No water bottles brought into units as a service. Load shedding. Courtesy to notify the guest or stick a paper inside the unit so we are informed of the times.. pathetic service. Will never be back

Very average. There is absolutely nothing to buy on premises. Nothing to drink, eat, no snacks, no options except to order Uber/MrD which is kind of weird doing at a hotel. They don't offer anything really. The kitchen is basic, the TV has very limited channels, the river is not much to look at, average swimming pool. On the upside the rooms are immaculately decorated with beautiful furniture, the beds are super comfortable with crisp white linen. The entire hotel is very clean and tidy. It's truly a very beautiful hotel inside and out. The staff are incredibly helpful, friendly, gracious. Parking as well as entire premises is secure with guards on duty and locked gates.

On 3 occasions (in just 3 days), family members were stuck in the bed/bathrooms because of faulty door handles. Thank goodness we brought our own toolbox!3. No spare toilet rolls in the bathrooms, meanwhile the apartment which sleeps 8 people was full.4. No alternative lighting for load-shedding (the generator only works for part of the time)5. No WiFi password was provided for upstairs WiFi despite several requests.6. Dynasty only had one staff member and one cleaner working on what was a long weekend with high occupancy and turnaround.7. The no noise after 22h00" rule was not enforced and our neighbours could be heard shouting and laughing well into the wee hours.8. No wheelchair access or considerate of anyone with physical challenges which for a fairly new complex is unacceptable. We had our grandfather who can't manage stairs too well and someone with a crutch.9. Parking area is poorly laid out with the steps to enter each space and insufficient parking for the number of units & rooms."

Upon arrival, after waiting approximately 5 minutes to enter the property and was questioned through the gate by security regarding my room number (which I wouldn’t know because I haven’t received a key yet), I waited another 10 minutes in reception for management to tend to my partner and I. After greeting us, he left for another 10 minutes and someone else came.We were demanded, not asked, about a R800 cash deposit despite it not being on the website.We decided that we would leave based on that not being communicated, but we were urged to stay and not pay it as he would miss out on the fee for the room.My partner was asked for his bank card for them to copy it into the booking book which I found odd.Walking into the room the white bedding had brown stains which wasn’t inviting to sleep on.The following morning at 11:00 we got a knock on the door telling us that we are late for checkout but it was never mentioned to us when checking in.When leaving not long after that we had to wait 15 - 20 minutes for someone to open the gate. No one from management was present — not in the guard house and not even at reception. I decided to call the number provided on Google and it went to voicemail. Luckily the one cleaner that the building has was walking up the stairs and was able to help us leave after running around looking for management.Poorly run property which is a pity for such an aesthetically pleasing building. They could be a 5 star accommodation if they took these bad reviews into consideration seeing that we all complain about the same things.I would never go there again and don’t recommend it to anyone. You will suffer at your own risk.

The place is beautiful and what you see on pictures is exact what you get. Awesome service. I really had a great time.
