Worst customer service from a cashier named Vuyiseka Tshetshe. Does not acknowledge customers at all. Acts as if she's doing customers a favor. Unapproachable, no respect at all. She could do with some customer service training or stay at home rather

Usually we have had spectacular service . But this time - our pizza was delivered on time EXCEPT the fact that the pizza was flipped upside down , the sauce was mostly on the box not the pizza. It looked as if half of the pizza had been through a tornado. We felt very upset. So we phoned management and they have organized to send us two new pizzas.The management was understanding and handled the situation thoroughly.

Waited for more than 25 minutes for 1 pizza. Other clients that ordered after me received their orders while I waited for mine to come out. Mince was dry and pizza looked like it was rushed. I normally order from Cavendish square as it is walking distance to my house but lately its been bad service and quality. Not impressed.Rondebosch branch always amazing and would rather drive than go back to Canvendish branch.

Deeply disappointed was very hungry after working from 9am till 7pm yesterday and recieved a cold dry pizza the driver was nice but I ordered jalapeno Macon no jalapeno on dry and hard no cheese on and bitter no salt on pizza I have ordered from debonaires for years and have never experienced this

Today, I bought a Large - 3 cheese pizza and replaced the sweet ball pepper with extra green chillies. When I got my pizza back there were no feta and no green chillies. I complained and the teller said I must pay for feta. I complained and told her that, I paid for a pizza so, I am entitled to what I get. She was being so arrogant about it. But then ended up making another one. This is the worst place to order your food. The staff are disrespectful and it honestly made me feel bad. I’m never ordering here again.

So far it’s been an a hour and 20 mins since I placed my order and I’m still waiting for delivery. It’s Thursday afternoon so completely off-peak. Unhelpful staff at Debonairs Cavendish not really interested in finding the driver either. This is my first and last order with them foe sure.

'n Grap is 'n grap maar jy maak nie 'n sambreel in 'n man se h*l oop nie...Do yourself a favour and order from anywhere else.Ordered and paid via their website at 19:22. Assuming they must be busy I only called at 20:22 to see if the order was still on its way, was told the driver got lost and they are sending another one - I live 5 minutes' drive from the shop...Another hour later called again and was told the driver is 5 minutes away. (So he's still at the shop?!)Eventually requested them to cancel my order and refund my payment upon the third check-in when I was told 'that's strange, the driver should have been there long ago'.Ordered from Pizza Co. via Uber Eats and delivered in 32 minutes.Let's see if Debonairs actually does refund me...

Delivered to me but guy left after I paid him before I was able to check the sticker that was black. Waited 45 minutes, store didn't help as they said I should have checked, yet guy insists payment first and then gives the pizza, delivery guy covered the sticker with serviettes purposefully. Would never recommend to anybody. Service terrible, support terrible, delivery terrible, cold sloppy pizzas terrible, staff terrible.Stores are no different but give hot pizzas while you wait with nowhere to sit as the place is always packed. Standing for 30-45 minutes with loud TV right next to a shared shop with other customers using the seats for debonairs customers and staff do nothing upon request for a seat and sort out stuff.

Expectation vs horrible realityI am simply disgusted with terrible customer service received at debonairs today. I had ordered the garlic meaty something and an additional pizza. I understand that menu items don’t often look like their pictures. I had asked the cashier who recommended it to me questions about it. Upon collection of my pizza it looked unappealing. Tasneem the manager was extremely rude throughout the process of speaking with me and she told me not to bother ordering it again. If I could I would give them 0 stars.
