Once I had decided on which bike to get, I called single track and asked them to get it ready for collection, I received an sms first thing the next morning tellong me the bike had been inspected and tubeless setup had been done.Thanks for the great service!

I give them my bike for major inspection. On the first day the gentleman there measured the chain and said it is for sure the chain and gear back and from need to be replaced.Tomorrow I go the quota about 4400 zar. Only the chain and other stuffs are included . Called the brother, we went thru all items what is must and can wait. The chain can wait. But I insisted to change it.Coming back to pick up my bike, the other brother ( first one if the first day) mentioned that all what has been changed but nothing mentioned about the chain. He said if the chain will be changed then the gear back and front need to be changed.I was so confused with steady inconsistent statements. He said very cheeky and impolite and when asking him about this inconsistency in their evaluation, that is me that I did not understand him.To be honest it is a just chaos the left hand side does not know what the right hand side does in this shop. Unfortunately.I can back home and still as customer not sure if the things that have changed are haves for good and the things that have not changed, need to be!Never again
