Very poor customer service I’ve waited for more than a week for a quote i did complain and every time they wil send me a email saying they need prices on a battery so i decided to take my laptop to another place which gave me a quote the same day and it was ready the next morningWouldn’t recommend this at all

PartServe is a great resource for IT companies. Offering warranty repairs for some brands and out of warranty repairs for most brands. The Port Elizabeth branch is part of a National group and provide excellent support and service. The staff are friendly and helpful. I am sure you will find them a pleasure to work with.

Too expensive, took my laptop and they said it eas liquid damaged, they charged me R5000.. I couldn't pay, s i took it back. When I got home I cleaned rams and inside. And it started to work. Never will go there.

I gave my PS5 controller in for replacement as the right trigger lost it's tension. That was on the 17th of May and all I keep on hearing is that they are waiting for stock.That was after being called the 19th of May, stating that my controller has been sent down from JHB to PE. Then after no communication I had to phone them the 24th only to be told that something went wrong" regarding the delivery of the controller and that they have no stock anymore. One week later and they are still waiting for the stock to arrive.I can literally go to my local Checkers

Went into the store to enquire about a new battery for my laptop and was told someone would contact me with a price. Received a call to confirm serial number. No one came back to me. Weent back to the store 2 weeks later to say I am still waiting for a response and gave all the details again, and was once again advised that they would phone me. Within an hour. 3 weeks later still no response. Very bad, unprofessional service. Would definitely not recommend them.
