Lance and the guys at TechRestored are TOP NOTCH.Had a very tricky repair which needed doing on my laptop. Even though they were extremely busy they made time to help me. Kept me updated throughout the process, recommended some upgrades which I opted to do, due to them being so reasonable with their pricing.Felt like a family member was doing me a solid throughout. I had a small problem with a product and within no time the company got back to me, collected the product and sent it back all within a week.Would have been sooner if they had the exact part they were replacing on hand.

I can’t recommend this company enough. They went above and beyond to help me with a machine that met my needs.EDIT 20 Aug: Once again this company supplied my needs perfectly. In the middle of a move, they went above and beyond, with the supplied secondhand computer from last year still working like new and tonnes of money saved. Thank you, guys!

I bought a refurbished machine from them via email. I interacted with 3 or 4 different online shops - Tech Restored were the best. Their customer service was great! Their prices are competitive. They were friendly and responsive and honest in their recommendations. Would definitely recommend them.
