I have been around the stores that sells and stock watches but Watches Unlimited La Lucia is onr of the best stores around the province, from the displays, floor plan, space around, the shopping environment and the service rendered by the staff totally dedicated and amazing. The price is also reasonable and it's a great place for quick shopping. They are well informed when it comes to stock they keep.

I popped into Gateway Theater of Shopping this afternoon with a few errands. One having my watch battery changed. After a few enquirys I was directed to Watches Unlimited were I was informed by a polite attended that they can have is changed. Wait for it.... With a very straight face she said R200.00. I politely told her that is was a rip off and left. After picking up a few odds at Chekers on my way out. I noticed a cell phone repair shop, so I pop in and asked they if they do replace watch batteries. Yes we do said the eager man, R50.00. Now both the stores I visited are making a profit by why rip off your customers at such high markups. Incendentlly my watch was bought from Watches Unlimited in Musgrave. Well you lost my future support. Not recommended.

Bought a watch from them had a problem 3 times after they supposedly gave me a new 1 each time. I was accused of deliberately damaging the watch, yet the watch was used once just for a few hours. The manager and his assistant manager degraded us and have no way of talking to customers. Its shocking how companies allow their staff to treat customers badly. We even called their head office and no response. I will never buy anything from them ever. Rather go elsewhere. Pathetic to say the least.

Excellent range of Armani , Michael Kors, Fossil and Diesel watches. We were very efficiently served by Bonnie assisted by Shasnie.

The young lady behind the counter was really helpful.Great experience. Nice store.
