TLDR: Took a month and a half to get a sub par part.I ordered a CF-nylon part with 80% infill and 0.2mm layer height.A week later I was notified that the printer was broken, and parts for it would take 10 days. I had talked to them prior to ordering, so if this was a known issue, why wasn't it communicated before ordering. I was offered a refund, but I was happy to wait that long, and I was given free express shipping, which was nice.Turns out the 10 days was over 20 days, with no communication that this would be the case until I asked. Another week later and no response, so I asked again, finally, the part had been done, and would be shipped that day.So after nearly a month and a half of waiting (ordered 12 Oct, received on 22 Nov), I got the part, only to find it had been printed with only 2 perimeters, it was slightly warped, and the filament had not been dried properly so the surface finish was terrible, with scars all over from improper printing settings.CF-nylon is for functional parts, I had specified that I needed high perimeter counts, as this was a functional part, so I am highly skeptical of this part's capability to withstand its required task with only 2. Poor surface finish also affects the parts dimensional accuracy, and with few perimeters, not much improvement can be done to the finish for risk of sanding through the wall. I have printed with this exact material myself so I know what quality is achievable, even on my cheap printer with larger nozzles and layer heights.Overall, this company does have decent prices, but over promises and under delivers, and has some improving to do on the communication front. I can't say much for the other materials offered and I know CF-nylon can be a bit tricky to print, and the time taken and result suggests issues were encountered. Ultimately if you can't do something, don't advertise that you can.
