Always got awesome service

This was my second visit at the salon, the lady who assisted was very nice, professional and attentive. however, during my waxing session we got a very agressive bang on the door by one of the staff members telling us to hurry up, this is extremely unprofessional and uncalled for in that environment, people are meant to be relaxed and comfortable in that setting, after our session one of the staff members was really rude to the lady who assisted me with the wax, I felt very uncomfortable as it was not necessary to speak to fellow collegues in that manner in front of clients.My first visit was a walk in and there was no issues, I was not aware that it is compulsory to make an appointment and was not advised accordingly.Upon my second visit dated 05 March 2022 I was rudely told to make an appoinment next time, this was told to me AFTER my session.As client centric business, the mannerisms of certain staff is unacceptable!!! and should be dealt with.Thank you
