Without me asking, they fixed a huge dent and a cover under the car in addition to the service and free of charge! I am the happiest I have ever been with any car dealership. I popped in without an appointment to have the windscreen washer of my Dzire looked at/repaired. After a friendly greeting the car was whisked off to the workshop. A few minutes later it was returned in working order. Brilliant service, thank you.

Have been trying since 10:38 this morning to get an invoice email to me from the spares department,to pay for a part which needs to be ordered.Main switch board just keeps putting me through to a phone that just keeps ringing till it goes to voicemail.Terrible service.

Bad experience with Suzuki Bramley. Car was in for a service on the 20th of February 2023 and told us they need to order an aerial booster, on 22/03/2023 I spoke to Amber and she said the ETA are around the 10th of April, but she will keep in contact. Today 19 April when I phoned no one are able to give me an answer. Please let me know what to do. We even complain about the clutch that shutter and it is even worse now, because we must wait for them to phone. I must say the guy that book the vehicles in the morning is very friendly and helpfull.
