It was a great experience shopping at the Kyalami branch. Remember was so helpful and she showed us around. The shop so interesting and they waited for us to come after hours. I will definitely come back for more costumes. My little firefighter is going to rock the career day!

Prior to my arrival, I had whatsappd and emailed through my query. Both queries had received an almost immediate response. I required a Wasp outfit, I was extremely impressed with the fact that they had the perfect size for me. Lavender had assisted me with patience - knowing that one will not just arrive and expect to just take the outfit and leave. There were no wings to the outfit but she had made a plan for me in no time. A few special exceptions were also made for me to cater for my needs. I definitely will be returning. Thanks for the excellent service!

Buhle was sooo much help today. We tried on several costumes that she put together for us.PS if you're looking for 0-3 month baby costumes, they have the cutest tinkerbell costume for girls. I'm obsessed!The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Thank you Buhle for your excellent service!

Tino and Ntsiki gave me the best service for my film production. They helped me get everything I needed, beautiful costumes, perfect for my film's look and feel. Not to mention the quality! Excellent service from Lavender. She was amazing. Knowledge of the costumes was excellent and her service was on point and friendly. We hired 2 70’s costumes for a birthday party. Will definitely be back.
