Always a struggle to get hold of them, empty promises and bad time management.Took out a new contract requested for insurnance and they failed to activate it.Always quiet when passing the shop dont understand the bad service.

We were on holiday in Warmbaths,when my sister dropped her phone and the ink started blackening her display. By the time it was Monday and we could get to the mall it was hardly legible.I am sorry to say I never jotted the down the name of the lady who assisted us, not sure if there is more than one roster, but it is the lady who was manning the shop on 20 June 2022. She did hand us a note with an email address, but it came back as undeliverable.I am very late in sending the compliment, but I came through a rollercoaster of a time since having returned to work, but I have never forgotten the professional, kind and excellent service that was provided to us. Thank you.
