They honestly don't have customer service. The ladies will just chat passionately to each other and won't even acknowledge you being there. Orders take ridiculously longer to be done.

The female employees were very rude. They kept on having a conversation on the side while I was clearly standing there. They continued for an additional 2 minutes just to tell me that my order isn't ready. I had to wait for her to have a conversation with her friend first before I could get the help I needed. Plus the food took 20+ minutes to be ready.

The chips in the laduma meal were not cooked well and another instance the chicken was not flavourful,the sauce or spice used was very little!

Poor service and commitment: Is this deliberate? Well, it looks like!My Ref: #DFD154477830I nicely ordered food because I was hungry,- Yesterday(7th May 2023) evening I ordered food for delivery, a poor driver delivered, then boom instead of Chilli beans I am given Coleslaw! With all the money I paid for beans, ripped/cheated!The Coleslaw is still in my fridge, will leave it there as a reminder of bad service or in case I decide to go there(Galitos Riverside Square) and create a scene! So disappointedThen I called and none answered!I am not so special but I hate poor service

The female cashiers are rude at Galitos Riverside view. If you order online it's worse you will not get what you paid for. I ordered 3 pieces of chicken which were supposed to be hot but they weren't and the pap was burnt it smelled like smoke. The last time I ordered food that was supposed to come with fanta grape I received coke instead. They have bad service delivery
