Not a great range given that this is a super regional mall. Friday evening, very busy trade and only 2 tills open, long line waiting to pay, apparently so slow due to some Discovery rewards offline issue. Unbelievable for such a big retailer in such a big mall?

I was in the store on 05 December 2022. I had already seen a pair of shoes from their website and it says they have that size in that store. It was indeed the only size left and on display.First of all, the price in the store was higher than on their website.Then, I handed the display shoe to one of the staff in order to get the other side. They took it to the back of the store, only to emerge empty-handed with an excuse that the pair had already been ordered online and is not available anymore.Do not waste your time shopping at Total Sports! I went to Sportsman Warehouse instead and bought a diffent pair of shoes.

The store is conveniently located near one of the parkings. The staff are very helpful and went beyond when looking at hiking shoes. Took a look at hi-tech hiking shoes that were for R699. They have shoes and trainers for all types of people and budgets. Although I didn't purchase from them I'll be back soon I am sure.

What's the point of stocking a nice variety of clothing and sports equipment when no one in the store wants to help you? A good idea is to place a bell on the wall in each section so we can call for assistance.Unless it's self service? Please do put up a sign telling us so we don't wait around for nothing.

I was in the store today at around 12pm. First of all I had to battle to get any service from staff in store; finally when I get someone’s attention, it took them forever to return with the sneaker. After fitting on when I looked up for service, the guys was no where to be found. I then proceeded to the till to pay, the lady and gentlemen behind the till were deep in discussion. So she says to me, do to the till at the end. I left the sneaker and walked out!The staff are extremely loud and unprofessional! The music is extremely loud. I even was almost run over by 2 staff members who were chasing each other like 2 small kids at a daycare centre.It’s just beyond ridiculous!! This store needs a serious shake up. Do the owners even care????Is there no manager? Does no one ever randomly have a look at the cctv footage?

The Men in the Total Sports Sandon Mall are very helpful, they assisted us with everything we needed. The ladies aren't helpful, even though they can hear you calling for assistance they do not help. Very bad customer services from the ladies and very good customer services from the gentleman.

Awesome service from Wendy and Brian at Total Sports in Sandton. They helped me with some difficult transactions. They were attentive, accurate and composed the entire time.Store is always well stocked and great service and friendly staff.

If you want to be ignored and not assisted in any way you should definitely go to this store - was there early at around 9.30 so not busy , and staff totally disinterested in customers - went elsewhere
