Excellent and affordable laundry services by these guys. My laundry always comes back super clean and smelling good. They wash sneakers and blankets too and they do an amazing job. Can’t fault them or complain about anything, a big thumbs up to Bongi for his punctuality when he comes collect & drop off my load and great communication skills as well. I highly recommend Laundry Pond. They even bring back all your socks, nothing gets left behind their washers!

VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE FROM BONGI. IM VERY SHOCKED BY HOW HE TREATS HIS CUSTOMERS AND I WILL NOT BE USING HIS SERVICES AGAIN. HE ALSO LOST MY NEPHEWS CLOTHES AND A STILL HAS NOT RETURNED MY COUSIN'S MAT

I lost my NIKE track suit pants due to negligence of BONGI staff and months later have not been refunded the 50% that’s part of his terms and conditions. HIS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DOES NOT CARE FOR CUSTOMERS. DISGUSTING WORK ETHIC

What a very very very poor service I had from this laundry lack of communication failed to deliver imagine I delivered my laundry Saturday 9 o clock on the morning today is Monday my laundry not delivered what a poor service I won't recommend someone else to to go for this laundryVery disappointed
