Why offer pet grooming services when you don’t know what you’re doing? Brought my puppy in to have his nails cut, I’ll be lucky if one nail was cut… He’s getting stuck in the carpet and scratching us quite badly, not knowing that it hurts… So thank you for nothing.

Permanently closed. Drove all the way for nothing. And petrol is so expensive. Nee man, kom reg asseblief. Vetworld Somerset Mall is TOP NOTCH though.

Staff close till twenty minutes and more before closing time making customers haul 20kg bags of dog food to the Petworld side to pay. Staff constantly hanging around and talking to each other and not assisting customers.
