Absolutely atrocious service. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Go anywhere else.We came in wanting to get our finger sizes. We waited patiently with our 2 year old while the clerk finished helping another customer. The clerk hadn't even acknowledged our existence. While waiting another customer came in behind us with some complaints. When the clerk had finished with the first customer, she asked us whether she could help the person who came in after us and got very huffy when we said no, we were there first, and we have a child who's already getting grumpy. All we wanted was to get our fingers sized and that's quick. Instead of helping us and having a good experience the clerk got aggressive with us and it seems this shop is astonished that anyone could respond in kind.We ended up going to a store in Watercrest and were helped in 5 minutes with no questions.You folks need to shape up instead of blaming other people for your bad attitudes.

I have lived in Kloof as well as abroad and I cannot fault the attention to detail with this jeweller. I have had 1 very special piece made up with Kim and to this day, it's still my favourite. I would highly recommend Studio 39.

Not willing to assist -I never write reviews on google, but it's important for people to understand the level of service experienced.My mom and I very politely asked the lady at the store (today) to help assist us with measuring a ring size. The response we received was as follows: People always want ring sizes

I have (for over 30 years) had a latticed soft gold pendant that I adored but that unfortunately got severely damaged (squashed) many years ago. It literally went from a round shape to a pancake. I took it to a jeweller who said that he couldn’t help me and that it was beyond repair. I was saddened but still hung onto it. I met Kim last year and showed it to her and she said “Let me see what I can do”. On Xmas Eve 2022, I received a special delivery, perfectly restored pendant that had been sitting in my drawer for about 15 years waiting for a magician. This has been my best Xmas gift ever! I literally WHOOPED! THANK YOU KIM! YOU TRULY ARE THE BEST!!! I will be forever grateful for the magic you performed! (I apologise for the quality of the pic)..

I recently had to have my wedding ring repaired. It had rubbed on my eternity ring for over 30 years, worn thin and snapped. Sadly, Kim said it could not be repaired, but needed to be remade. My husband and I discussed the situation and decided to remake the engagement, wedding and eternity ring into one amalgamated setting. Kim sat down with me and personally discussed the options, with various sketches of designs, based on my personal preference. I had a certain figure in my head which my husband and i had discussed as a budget. I held my breath as Kim calculated the cost - it came in below the figure we had budgeted! I received the completed ring back yesterday. To say that I was stunned by the beauty of it is an understatement! Kim has created something truly special and I am delighted! The service I have received from the Studio 39 Team has been exceptional - kudos to them!
