I bought 2 zinger box meals and I'm so not happy with themThe filers was undercooked and there was little to no sauce on the burgersI asked for coke n received coke zeroI'm disappointed kfc as these meals are not cheap as a resident of newlands west this is my go to kfc but I'm afraid after this experience I would not be back !!!

The food was great and the lady at the drive thru shame was superb. But how on earth do you sell 6 pieces of chicken and give one serviet. It does not make sense. You cannot not be greedy with a serviet. They gave me large chips and omitted tomato sauce and spice. Really bad customer service

The staff is friendly and courtesy. The items are checked with you before leaving. The place is always clean and tidy, especially the toilet. All in all a good services

I'm a very regular customer with minimum issues. But today I am very disappointed. I ordered streetwise 5 and a zinger burger. The burger was okay, however the chicken was in a bad state, it wasn't even a little brown which means it was just dipped in oil for a very very short time. It was like boiled chicken. Cost of living is high and we cannot afford to spend and receive just tasteless food. Its mothers day and clearly its busy, But I'd rather wait longer for good food Than receive this junk in a rushed time

Staff even the manager is so dam rude ,an don't have any customer care relationship terrible service from the one shift ,but the second shift staff is wounderfull they know wat they doing they need to learn from the other

Good day . We have just purchased kfc . Order number 1448. 4 special nugget box for R 30 each. It was packed 4 coldrinks recieved and on arriaval at home only 3 boxes were packed. I have tried to call the kfc but the phone is not even ringing. This should not be a trend at your kfc. I do request that i get my kfc box for R 30 . Really disappointing if the workers are resorting incomplete orders? Which i find really strange as order are checked before they are packed . We came insode the stoor unable to go back as its powerr outage and they were closing now. I do request my box that was short . Christamas was over

1 May 2023. The store didn't have stock of the buns required for the burger that comes with the Allstar meal. I was then asked to order the items separately. What an inconvenience because now I spent more on my bill. Order #1947.
