Fantastic service and help, punctual, efficient and gave advice freely - no agenda on up selling. Totally customer orientated unlike Organics or Ferndale (“…take it or leave it …” types !). A real pleasure to deal with, and that rare breed here actually (not just talking about it) standing up for customer service !
